Tata Motors is hiring for its Early Career Program – Graduate 2026. Selected candidates will join as Senior Manager and work across functions such as Data Engineering, Operations, Commercial Sales & Service, Quality, Procurement & Supply Chain, Design, and more. The program offers structured training, mentorship, real-world projects, and fully sponsored higher education opportunities.
Strong early-career entry into Tata Motors for 2024/2025 B.E./B.Tech/B.Design graduates who already have 12–24 months of real work experience and are currently employed. Pure freshers, unemployed candidates, or those outside the 2024/2025 batch will not be eligible.

Eligibility Criteria for Tata Motors Early Career Program
Must-Have Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Design graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch only
- Degree from AICTE / UGC approved colleges or universities
- Minimum 60% throughout academics (completed within the stipulated timeframe)
- 12 months (minimum) to 24 months (maximum) of professional work experience (excluding internship/apprenticeship)
- Must be currently employed at the time of application
- Candidate must have completed at least 12 months of experience as of the date of application
Additional Notes
- Services of selected candidates are transferable to any location, subsidiary, or joint venture company of Tata Motors
- All selected candidates will undergo Background Verification and Medical check-up
