Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide analytics, operations support, and reporting to Market/Service leadership for portfolio management and performance improvement
- Conduct analysis for pipeline, win/loss, account planning, profitability, chargeability, and other key areas
- Use advanced Excel, Power BI, and other tools for data visualization, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership reviews
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective business solutions
- Develop process documentation, communications, and reports to support leadership
- Foster relationships with internal teams and external functions to deliver results
- Work with stakeholders to drive key business discussions/outcomes
- Build a functional/technical skills foundation and contribute to team discussions/process improvements
- Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management
Eligibility Criteria for Accenture Analytics and Modeling New Associate
Mandatory Requirements
- Any full-time graduation degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–1 year experience (freshers welcome)
- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
