Job Description – Trainee Tier I IT Engineer
This role is designed for early-career professionals or final-year students who want to build a strong foundation in IT and software engineering. You will work closely with senior team members and contribute across the software development and support lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Support troubleshooting of software issues and assist in resolving user problems
- Participate in system upgrades, installations, configurations, and migrations
- Contribute to the documentation of technical processes, procedures, and best practices
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development best practices
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Note: Final-year students may also be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
