Associate QA Analyst Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse software requirements and functional specifications
- Create, review and execute manual test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, UI and usability testing
- Log clear & reproducible defects in JIRA/Bugzilla
- Support developers during bug fixing and re-testing
- Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning)
- Contribute to the test process improvement
- Learn and assist in basic test automation (Selenium, Postman – optional for freshers)
Required Skills
Must Have:
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cycle
- Knowledge of test case design and execution
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation
- Willingness to learn quickly and work in a team
Good to Have:
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Exposure to JIRA, Trello or any defect tracking tool
- Basic understanding of API testing (Postman) or Selenium
Eligibility Criteria 2025
- Education: BE/BTech/MCA/MSc (CS/IT) – 2023/2024/2025 batch
- Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers most welcome)
- Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Full office – No WFH)
- Ready to work in the 12 PM – 9 PM shift
