Client Support Executive Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own complete trade transactions (LC, BG, Export/Import Bills) for premium clients.
  • Handle client calls/emails, resolve discrepancies, and ensure 100% STP (Straight Through Processing).
  • Proactively follow up on payments, export proceeds, EDPMS/IDPMS, FIRC, BEF, XOS.
  • Coordinate with MO, Sales, Product teams, and overseas HSBC offices for smooth execution.
  • Conduct quarterly client meetings and drive digital adoption (HSBCnet, E-helpline).
  • Monitor the dispatch of documents and expedite overdue bills to avoid penalties.
  • Act as a trusted trade advisor – accompany RMs on client visits when required.
