Overview: SAP is hiring Associate Consultants for its Concur Essential Care Services team in Bangalore. This role focuses on configuring and managing Concur (travel & expense management) customer systems, analyzing requirements, delivering solutions, and providing high-quality support to premium North American customers. Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer configuration needs (add/edit/remove configurable options in Concur)
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into suitable configuration solutions
- Report and present complete details of work performed
- Adhere to SAP Concur rules of engagement and maintain KPIs (SLAs, technical expertise, customer satisfaction)
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams
- Improve overall customer satisfaction in Service Administration & Care portfolio
- Provide advanced technical expertise when required
- Participate in projects, innovation, automation, and programming initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills:
- Strong ability to understand & translate complex business requirements into system configuration
- Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, and disciplined problem-solving approach
- Technical competence in system configuration
- Excellent SQL knowledge (queries, joins, data manipulation – highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Python (or other programming languages) – strong preference
