Associate Quality Assurance Analyst Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout SDLC
- Write, review & execute manual test plans and test cases
- Investigate root cause of defects found during testing
- Log defects in JIRA and track them to closure
- Perform product inspections, report & document findings
- Analyze data to identify quality improvement areas
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality & regulatory standards
- Collaborate with dev teams for high-quality releases

- Manual Testing fundamentals
- Basic SQL (queries, joins)
- JIRA for defect tracking
