S&P Global Commodity Insights is hiring freshers for its Early Careers IMPACT Program (Innovative Mentoring and Professional Acceleration in Commodities) in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Participate in 3×6-month rotations across tech areas (Full Stack, AI-ML, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
- Collaborate in multi-functional teams, integrate external solutions, and apply new technologies
- Contribute to real-world projects with ongoing coaching and structured training

Mandatory Requirements
- Fresher with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an analytical/technical subject
- Year of Passing: 2026 only
- Knowledge of Coding, Data Structures & Algorithms
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, clean code principles, and design patterns
- Familiarity with database concepts, unit testing, pair programming, and code reviews
- Excellent communication, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire to learn new technologies quickly in a fast-changing environment
- Willing to work in 24×5 rotational shifts as per business requirement
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships
