Roles and Responsibilities
- Undergo structured 1-year on-the-job training in steel plant operations, maintenance, projects, or technical functions

- Participate in regular evaluations and skill development programs during training
- Support plant infrastructure, equipment handling, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency
- On successful completion, take up Assistant Manager responsibilities in a fixed-term role

Mandatory Requirements
- Final year / completed BE / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) / M.Tech / M.Sc. in specified disciplines: Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Electronics, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mineral, Mining, Civil, Chemical, Ceramic
- Full-time AICTE/UGC approved campus program
- Minimum aggregate: General – 6.5 CGPA / 65%; Transgender / PwD / SC/ST – 6.0 CGPA / 60%
- Age as on 01 January 2026: General – ≤30 years; Transgender / PwD / SC/ST – ≤32 years
- Candidates with a 3-year diploma + direct 2nd year entry to BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in final year are eligible
