PragmaEdge AI Engineer Overview
PragmaEdge is hiring AI Engineers for their Agentic AI team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on building intelligent autonomous systems using LLMs, multi-agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in LLM applications and agentic workflows.
This is a good role at PragmaEdge for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Agentic AI or strong LLM projects. Freshers with excellent projects and deep knowledge of LangGraph/CrewAI can also apply, but pure beginners may struggle in the interview. Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement agent-based architectures using CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain
- Build multi-agent workflows for task orchestration and autonomous decision-making
- Fine-tune and adapt LLMs (Mistral, Gemini, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.)
- Develop NLP solutions for summarization, classification, and text generation
- Integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, memory systems, and vector databases
- Pre-process large datasets and build scalable data pipelines
- Optimize models for performance, latency, and cost
- Document and present agent workflows to stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria for PragmaEdge AI Engineer
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
- Exposure to Agentic AI / multi-agent systems (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
- Experience with RAG and vector databases
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud
- Knowledge of AI safety, alignment, and ethical AI
- Open-source contributions
- Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing
