Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate scalable software solutions for web, frontend, and cloud-native platforms
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant web experiences using React or Vue.js
- Develop and integrate cloud-native applications, APIs, and services on AWS
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and deliver assigned software tasks
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and business partners
- Support the full software development lifecycle including testing, deployment, and monitoring
Eligibility Criteria for Nike Software Engineer I
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 0–2 years of software development experience
- Experience with React or Vue.js
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, S3)
- Strong grasp of design patterns and computer science fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Mocha, Jasmine, Jest for testing
- Knowledge of AI/ML, data solutions, microservices, and REST architectures
- DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code experience
