- Field incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner
- Document end-user identification information, nature of problem and resolution steps
- Record, track and document all queries, problem-solving steps and resolutions
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries as per SLA
- Access and maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs for effective problem resolution
- Identify trends from call logs and maintain self-help documents
- Escalate serious client issues to Team Leader when required
- Provide product support, guide users through step-by-step solutions and troubleshoot queries professionally
- Undertake product trainings and continuously update knowledge
