Key Responsibilities
- Perform annotation-related tasks for ML data processing (audio, image, video, and text) following defined instructions to create accurate ground truth data
- Execute repetitive tasks based on dynamic instructions while maintaining high quality standards using internal tools
- Apply strong language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic rules to ensure text quality, syntax, and proper usage
- Follow procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements for new tasks and data collection activities
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets, track task completion, and provide status reports
- Perform quality audits and verification activities to maintain high internal process quality
- Capture and report results accurately, communicate issues, and escalate failures promptly
- Raise doubts and queries in the portal and close them as per defined SLAs
- Own daily targets, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion
- Adhere to confidentiality and compliance requirements to protect customer data
- Help test new SOPs and ML data tools and provide feedback to improve processes
Eligibility Criteria for Amazon ML Data Associate I
