Analyst TAX ITTS Advisory Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in M&A tax due diligence and deal structuring for domestic & cross-border transactions.
- Research Indian tax laws, DTAA, BEPS, and global tax policies.
- Prepare tax memos, opinions, and compliance checklists for high-value deals.
- Support seniors in client meetings and pitch presentations.
- Work on transformative tech tools like Alteryx, Power BI for tax analytics.
