Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain VarStreet application settings, user roles, permissions, and ensure governance compliance

- Provide L1/L2 support to users, resolve common issues, and document SOPs
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within VarStreet
- Generate basic reports on order status, usage, and metrics; support data validation
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Procurement for seamless order fulfillment
- Participate in training and create user enablement materials
