Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders and drive incidents/tickets to closure
- Ensure high-quality process execution meeting SLAs/OLAs
- Own operational/environment issues, proactive user support, and root cause analysis
- Meet KPIs/SLAs, respond to customer enquiries, and lead P1 issue bridges
- Identify automation opportunities, alert improvements, and compliance audits
- Create knowledge articles for repeatable procedures to reduce incidents
- Monitor applications/services, diagnose/restore failures quickly
- Monitor server health, deployments, certificates, and configs
- Perform advanced log analysis using Splunk for proactive troubleshooting

- Working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Office, Word, Excel)
- ITIL/ITSM knowledge (certification advantage)
- Exposure to the telecom domain
