This is an operational support role where you will handle customer issues, troubleshoot cloud/system problems, manage incidents, and ensure timely resolution while meeting SLAs. This is a pure operations/support role — not a development or core cloud engineering position. Best suited for candidates who are comfortable with customer service, troubleshooting, and working in shifts (24×7 environment). Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide timely resolution
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system or application issues
- Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved incidents
- Ensure SLAs are consistently met and work proactively to maintain service quality
- Provide technical support in a fast-paced, high-availability 24×7 environment
