The role supports content engineering, data research, validation and quality assurance activities. You will conduct extensive online and secondary research, analyze information, validate data sources, maintain large informational databases and ensure content accuracy and quality. Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive online and secondary research to gather accurate and relevant information from multiple sources
- Support the creation, enhancement and maintenance of large informational database websites
- Review and analyze content to ensure it meets defined quality, accuracy and relevance standards
- Work with various data and research tools to collect, organize, validate and generate meaningful information
- Update and maintain databases ensuring information is accurate, complete, relevant and up to date
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to identify errors, inconsistencies and gaps
- Research and verify information using credible sources while assessing authenticity and reliability
- Analyze secondary research information and identify relevant insights or discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues and complex problems within defined timelines
- Work across multiple domains, subjects and job requirements while adapting research approaches
- Follow established processes, quality guidelines and research methodologies
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, research efficiency and content accuracy
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain high attention to detail while handling large volumes of information and repetitive research activities
- Ensure all assigned tasks meet defined productivity, accuracy and quality parameters
