IBM Associate System Engineer Overview
IBM is hiring Associate System Engineers through an off-campus drive for 2024 and 2025 graduates. This entry-level role focuses on application development using Java and Web Technologies in IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers. Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support applications using Java/JEE technology stack
- Work with Java frameworks and web technologies (Ruby/Groovy exposure is a plus)

- Work on dependency injection, AOP, test-driven development, and batch processing
Eligibility Criteria for IBM Associate System Engineer
Mandatory Requirements
- BE / BTech, ME / MTech, M.Sc, MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related branches (CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025 only
- Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA throughout academics with no active backlogs
- Strong programming skills (Java, C++, Python, or Node.js preferred)
- Good communication skills (Written & Spoken English)
