Red Hat Junior Technical Account Manager Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in training and certification programs on Red Hat technologies
- Assist in customer onboarding and account maintenance
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
Eligibility Criteria for Red Hat Junior TAM
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong passion for open source technology and customer service
- Good technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Linux, Containers, or Cloud technologies
- Exposure to Red Hat products (RHEL, OpenShift, Ansible) is a big plus
- Any relevant certifications or projects in open source
