Panasonic Avionics MTS I Software Overview
Panasonic Avionics is hiring Software Engineers (MTS I) for their Pune office. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications for next-generation inflight entertainment systems. It’s an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong Android development skills to work on cutting-edge aviation technology.
This is a solid Android-focused software engineering role at Panasonic Avionics. Strong hands-on experience with Android app development is mandatory. If you have good knowledge of OOP, Data Structures, multi-threading, and Linux/SQL, this is a great chance to work on inflight entertainment systems. Freshers with strong academic Android projects can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications for inflight entertainment systems
- Develop and support SDKs and end-to-end application lifecycle
- Write clean, efficient, and optimized code
- Troubleshoot complex issues and improve system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and documentation
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Strong hands-on experience in Android application development
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, OOP, Design Patterns, and Multi-threading
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems
- Knowledge of SQL / MySQL
- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
