  • Screen and interview candidates within position specifications and prepare ideal candidate slates on time
  • Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences for high offer-to-interview ratios
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and interview teams throughout the process
  • Recommend recruitment strategies and improve processes aligned with Amazon’s customer focus
  • Provide excellent candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
  • Create written plans with deliverables, timelines and formal tracking
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives
