Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches
- Recruit passive candidates by profiling people, gauging chemistry and understanding motivation
- Screen and interview candidates within position specifications and prepare ideal candidate slates on time
- Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
- Conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences for high offer-to-interview ratios
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and interview teams throughout the process
- Recommend recruitment strategies and improve processes aligned with Amazon’s customer focus
- Provide excellent candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
- Create written plans with deliverables, timelines and formal tracking
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives

Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-4 years of prior work experience
- Ability to source Business/Tech talent
- Prior experience hiring for roles like Product, Program, Sales, Tech Engineering and senior leadership roles
- Ability to manage, prioritize and close searches against timelines
- Experience setting benchmarks and metrics and meeting customer SLAs
