Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop real-time embedded software and device drivers
- Work on mobile SW development for Windows Mobile, Android or Linux
- Develop software in Multimedia technologies (Audio, Video, Imaging)
- Contribute to Wireless Modem and connectivity software/firmware
- Work on communication protocol stacks and Kernel/BSP/Device Driver development
- Handle Application SW, UI development and SW Architecture for embedded devices
- Collaborate in teams and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria for Qualcomm 2027 Campus Hire Engineer SW
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Education: Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering, Communication Engineering, ECE
- Strong knowledge of C/C++ and object-oriented design
- Good understanding of OS concepts and Data structures
- Familiarity with Linux/UNIX, Linux Drivers, Linux Kernel Development
