Deloitte USI is hiring Analysts for their GT&L – Knowledge Services team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and knowledge portals for internal teams. It is ideal for candidates with experience in content management, SharePoint, and web technologies who want to work in a global knowledge management environment.
This is a SharePoint-heavy Knowledge Management role at Deloitte. Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint site development, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap is highly preferred. Good communication skills are essential as you will interact with internal stakeholders. Suitable for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in content/knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and pages on the firm’s knowledge portals
- Collaborate with Knowledge Managers and internal customers to understand requirements
- Ensure 100% compliance with site development, branding, and governance standards
- Provide timely support for content management and site maintenance
- Work closely with CoRe Knowledge Services team members
Eligibility Criteria for Deloitte Knowledge Services Analyst
Mandatory Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience in content management or knowledge management
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, InfoPath, and Nintex
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of the SharePoint platform for site and page development
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience in SharePoint Online / Modern SharePoint development
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
