Associate Software Engineer, RPA Overview
ASSA ABLOY is looking for motivated graduates to join their RPA (Robotic Process Automation) team in Chennai as RPA Trainees / Associate Software Engineers. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting business process automation solutions using RPA and modern integration technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver impactful automations in a fast-paced international environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA automation workflows
- Provide guidance on process design and analysis
- Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, and repositories
- Support launch, implementation, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions
- Create and maintain process and end-user documentation
- Ensure quality of automations through QA processes
- Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams
- Capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate on integration and support production issues
- Stay updated with relevant RPA and automation technologies

- Recent graduate with strong interest in automation and technology
