HCLTech Analyst – Generative AI Overview
HCLTech is hiring Analysts for Generative AI roles across major Indian locations. You will build AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain and Python on cloud platforms, work on data preparation, model fine-tuning, and document projects while learning from senior team members.
Good entry-to-early career GenAI role at HCLTech for people who already have solid Python + at least one real AI/ML or LLM project (college, internship or personal). Pure theory candidates or those without any hands-on Python GenAI work will struggle in shortlisting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain and Python on cloud AI platforms
- Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and convert them into technical tasks
- Handle data collection and preprocessing for model training, evaluation and deployment
- Take training and mentoring from senior team members and contribute to continuous learning
- Stay updated with latest Generative AI and AI/ML advancements and apply them in projects
- Assist in optimizing and fine-tuning AI models for performance, scalability and reliability
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML projects and processes
Eligibility Criteria for HCLTech Analyst – Generative AI
Must-Have Requirements
- Engineering degree with 0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are eligible)
- Strong knowledge of Python for Generative AI use-cases
- Hands-on experience (academic, internship or self-initiated) with AI/ML algorithms and/or LLM-based applications
- Proficiency in Python programming and data processing using Python
- Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, LLM or image segmentation/processing techniques
- Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills (What Could Set You Apart)
- Practical exposure to LangChain / LangGraph
- Any cloud AI platform experience
- Projects involving model fine-tuning or agent development
