Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with increasing autonomy
- Design, develop, and review high-quality C++ code following best practices
- Perform code reviews, unit/integration/system testing, and defect resolution
- Debug and troubleshoot issues using log analysis and reproduction
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring
- Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture, APIs, etc.)
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in C++ (especially in the Windows environment)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Development (OOPS)

- Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
