Milliman Trainee Software Engineer Overview
Milliman is hiring freshers for the role of Trainee Software Engineer (Frontend) in their MedInsight team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in software development with hands-on exposure to modern technologies like React.js, .NET Core, JavaScript, Databricks, and Azure. You will work in a hybrid setup and get mentorship while contributing to healthcare analytics products.
This is a genuine frontend-focused trainee role at Milliman for freshers. Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and .NET Core is expected. If you only know basic HTML/CSS without React or any project experience, it will be tough. Good learning opportunity in the healthcare analytics domain with global team exposure. Hybrid work model is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and work with frontend technologies – React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Develop and maintain web applications as per project requirements
- Understand .NET Core, OOPS concepts, and backend integration
- Collaborate with the global development team in a distributed environment
- Participate in training sessions and apply knowledge to real projects
- Gradually take more ownership of tasks under mentorship

Mandatory Requirements
- Any Graduate (B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js
- Understanding of OOPS Concepts and .NET Core

- Eagerness to learn and a strong sense of ownership
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Knowledge of Redux, Databricks, or SQL
