WNS Customer Support Representative Overview
WNS is hiring freshers and candidates with 6+ months experience for Customer Support Representative roles in their International Airlines Email Process. This is a great opportunity for graduates with strong written communication and email drafting skills to start their career in BPO/customer service with a global leader. Cab facility is provided.
This is a standard email-based customer support role at WNS suitable for fresh graduates with good English writing skills. Rotational shifts including nights. Good starting point if you prefer email process over voice and are okay with office-based work in Mumbai.

- Draft professional emails to resolve customer queries and complaints
