Argus Media GenAI Engineer Intern Overview
Argus Media is hiring a GenAI Engineer Intern to join their HR Technology team in Mumbai. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate HR workflows like onboarding, FAQs, leave queries, and helpdesk automation. This is a hands-on internship where you work directly with HR stakeholders on real business problems.
This is a great opportunity if you have played around with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate. You don’t need to be a hardcore coder — but you MUST be curious about conversational AI and automation. Mumbai candidates only (hybrid requires 3 days in office). Stipend is decent (₹25k-35k) and high performers get PPO. Microsoft certifications (PL-900, AI-900) will make you stand out immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered HR agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop conversational agents for employee onboarding, HR FAQs, leave queries, policy Q&A, and HR helpdesk automation
- Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and HR systems using Power Automate
- Build and test Power Automate flows for HR process automation and data integration
- Work closely with HR teams to identify and automate manual, repetitive HR processes
- Test, deploy, and support AI agents within Microsoft Teams
- Maintain clear documentation and present demos/progress updates to stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria for Argus Media GenAI Engineer Intern
Mandatory Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in AI, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or similar
- Hands-on exposure to Copilot Studio / Power Platform / Power Automate
- Basic understanding of conversational AI concepts (intents, dialog flows, entities)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and eagerness to learn
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-100, AI-900)
- Exposure to Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
- Understanding of prompt engineering
- Basic Python or JavaScript
- Awareness of HR systems (Workday)
