Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform functional, technical, and user acceptance testing
- Execute end-to-end testing processes to ensure software quality
- Work on Business/User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements
- Identify, report, and track defects using testing tools
- Contribute to test planning, test case creation, and execution
- Support digital transformation and technology consulting projects
Eligibility Criteria for EY Testing Role
Must-Have Requirements
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (BE/BTech, MCA, BSc, BCA preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts
- Adaptive to team environment and collaborative approach
Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge of manual or automation testing tools
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, SQL)
