Sutherland Agentic AI Developer Overview
Sutherland is hiring an Agentic AI Developer to build intelligent, autonomous AI systems using LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines. The role involves developing real-time AI applications, document understanding, and orchestration frameworks. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in Generative AI and agentic systems to work on cutting-edge AI solutions.
This is a solid Agentic AI role at Sutherland for candidates who already have practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph, RAG, and multi-agent systems. Good fit if you enjoy building autonomous AI agents. It’s a temporary WFH contract position — apply only if you’re comfortable with that.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs, tools, and orchestration frameworks
- Build RAG pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Implement multi-agent workflows for document understanding, OCR, and data extraction
- Develop APIs and services using Python and FastAPI
- Evaluate and improve model accuracy, latency, and reliability
Eligibility Criteria for Sutherland Agentic AI Developer
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Working knowledge of vector databases and OCR tools
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Good understanding of prompt engineering and agent reasoning
Good to Have Skills
- Exposure to GCP or other cloud platforms
- MLOps experience
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment
